How do you get this to look so clear?

It's mainly the Photoshop that I use for drawing especially for using designs and other stuffs I put there. Also I had an inspiration where I had to draw thick lines since the thin lines don't work anymore and to make it have neo y2k shading (Slightly from an artist: https://www.deviantart.com/hihi-heart)

But thanks for asking! I only try other experiments aside from drawing like this since I'm only experiencing some shading and more.
